Protective Covers
The orifice plates of Stat-X® aerosol generator (electric/thermal operated) models with body diameters of 2” (30g/60g), 3” (100g/250g (long)), 5” (250g/500g/1000g (long), and 8” 1500g/2500g) may be fitted with these adhesive backed protective membranes to provide additional mechanical and hermetic protection. Intended for use in industrial or transportation applications involving more aggressive environments that can damage the generator orifice plate foil membrane.

Main Features:
- Suitable for use with 30E/30T/60E/60T/60(long), 100E/100T/250ME/250MT/500T/1000ME/1000MT/1000E/1500E/2500E models
- Permanent pressure sensitive adhesive back membrane (field installed) 0.008 photo anodized aluminum material (label type)
- Tested to MIL-STD-810G immersion test, resistant to pressurized water spray
All parts sold separately.
Covers should be installed within five (5) years of the manufacturing date. Preparation should ensure the generator surfaces are well cleaned and free of grease, oil, and other contaminants.
